The Christmas Penguin Balloon Bouquet includes a large penguin balloon, 2 round silver balloons, and 2 round balloons featuring a 'Tis the Season to Be Jolly' headline. We have a limited number of this balloon bouquet and substitution my be necessary. We will attempt customer contact first.

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.
