We will attempt to make customer contact before substitution but and we have left a message or sent an email and we have not heard back we may need to substitute other ballons. If the occasion is a birthday or anniversary we will substitute in order to get your gift delivered promptly. We feel that it is more important to get a date specific gift delivered on the proper day than have the exact item requested.

All of our balloons come inflated with helium and are available for delivery in the Portland - Gresham- Milwaukie - Beaverton Metro area. Individual balloons must be purchased in an amount greater than $30.00 for delivery. Balloon Bouquets include boxed candy or microwave popcorn as an anchor. You may also purchase different anchors for your balloon bouquet such as flowers or candy.
